85 in 2013

So that's my goal for this year.  85 pounds of in 2013.  That's 7 pounds each month.  Totally do-able!  It's been a good 2012, but I'm glad to move into 2013.  It has lots of promise for an amazing year!  (Including a study abroad to London in June!!!)

So while this post is short, it is the start of me planning to blog weekly about my progress and my own personal happiness project!
